Moto's Bolognese is more than a meal, it's an experience. Served in a beautiful mosaic-like bowl, the pasta was the perfect texture and generously coated in a rich, hearty meat sauce. At the waitress's suggestion, I added a meatball, which turned out to be the perfect addition. The sauce had a deep, well-balanced tang that tasted like it had simmered for hours in someone's nonna's kitchen. Every bite felt like being invited into a southern Italian home for a lovingly made family meal. If you're looking for comfort, authenticity, and soul in a dish, Moto's Bolognese delivers.

One bite of this and I was hooked. My first taste was actually from my friend's leftovers, and it was then that I decided to go to Moto myself to experience it fresh from the kitchen. The squid ink infused spaghetti paired with the spicy tomato sauce gives a special distinct flavor that can't be found in any other ordinary pasta, which will always keep me coming back for more.

We got the Crispy Calamari as an appetizer and it was delicious!! Great starter, perfectly crisp and delightful.
